 Sarada has in depth experience in business planning, finance and accounting systems. She joined Waterman and Associates in October 2011 and specializes in helping small businesses and self employed people manage their tax and accounting issues.
Prior to joining our firm, she was at Hewlett Packard since 2004 in roles of progressively greater responsibility in the areas of stock compensation, selected profit and loss and balance sheet reviews, cash and debt management and business process audits.
Sarada has a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from San Jose State University and is a California CPA. She also holds a Master's Degree in City and Regional Planning from Ohio State University, Columbus.

Rich, the owner of the firm, graduated from UCLA in 1983 and, in addition, has a Master's Degree in Accounting from San Jose State University. He has broad business, accounting and finance experience. His tax expertise includes partnerships, small business formations, domestic partnerships, and trust and estate planning.
Paul graduated from California State University and has an MBA from the University of Arizona. He has a strong background in business and finance with more than 25 years experience working with individuals, small businesses and larger enterprises.
Bruce is our QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified bookkeeper. He has a broad range of accounting and bookkeeping experience, and has performed accounting operations at iBizLogic, Cypress Semiconductor and Western Medical Center. His expertise includes bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Before joining our team, Suzan worked for a large insurance company in the audit department, and has a background in training and development, publication design and technical illustration for high-tech businesses.
